Deposit and cancellation policy
Bookings must be made 7 days in advance to allow hotel staff to make suitable arrangements. 50 GBP deposit is required per person at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable but transferable before 7 days.
Seven days notice of cancellation is required in order to transfer non-refundable deposits to an alternative date or named person. Otherwise, deposits are non-transferable & non-refundable unless accommodation and treatment space is re-sold.
